Cable Branch Box

The 35 kV Outdoor Cable Branch Box is designed for cable branching and jointing in power distribution systems. It combines advanced distribution and insulation technologies, featuring compact size, easy installation, excellent insulation performance, maintenance-free operation, and flexible application.

The enclosure is made of stainless steel with anti-corrosion treatment and electrostatic powder coating, providing high mechanical strength, dust-proof, moisture-proof, corrosion resistance, and long service life in harsh environments.

The premoulded connector is made of liquid EPDM, featuring full insulation, full sealing, full shielding, touch-safe design, waterproof and flame-retardant performance. Advanced post-injection insulation technology ensures reliable electrical performance and maintenance-free operation. German stress control technology with one-time injection molding provides seamless structure, high partial discharge performance, and compact dimensions.

The double-pass bushing, made of epoxy resin, offers high insulation strength, strong current-carrying capacity, and good mechanical durability.
